Create Goggle to do List – How to Launch Google Task on Your Computer

In order to Launch Google Tasks on your Computer follow the guideline below to get it done

  • open your Google Calendar and log in if asked
  • Find the MY CALENDERS section on the sidebar, from the menu at the top of the Google.
  • To open a simple task list, click task on the right side of the screen.
  • If you do not see the Tasks link, but you do see something called Reminders, click on the small menu to the right of Reminders and then choose switch TO tasks.
  • Click on the new entry from the task list, to add a new task in the Google calendar and then start typing.

How to Edit a Task on Google List    

To edit a Google Task from your Google Calendar, use the > icon to the right of the task.  Change the due date, move it to a different task list, add notes.

When Managing your Google Tasks, select a date in the properties of the task to add it right to your calendar.   

Add Tasks to Google Calendar –Multiple Lists

In a case where you want to keep track of work and home tasks, especially tasks within separate projects create multiple task lists in Google Calendar.

Click on the small arrow at the bottom of the task window then select New list from the menu. And the menu is where you can switch between your different Google Tasks lists.

How to Add Google Tasks via Android Phone

Create a quick reminder on your android by asking Google.

Example, ‘’ok Google. Remind me to play a song.”  Google Now responds with something to the effect of “OK. Here is your reminder.

Tap Save if you want to keep it.” The reminder is saved to your Android’s calendar.

You can also create reminders directly from your Android’s Google Calendar, and you can set “goals.”

Goals are regularly scheduled times set aside for a specific task or purpose, such as planning and exercise e.t.c.
