  • Then, click Transfer Money located  below your balance near the top-left corner.
    • You may see a message that asks you to try an instant transfer to your bank. Click Got It on this message to continue.
  • Click Add money to your balance located under the “Money in” header.
    • If you have a business account, you’ll see two menus instead of the “Add money to your balance” option. Select your bank account from the “From” menu, then select PayPal balance from the “To” menu.
  • In the amount field, type in the amount you want to transfer
  • Click Add (Personal) or Transfer (Business). Your transfer will appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

Transfer Money to Paypal Using Your Bank Account on the Mobile App

  • Open the PayPal app on your phone or tablet
  • Tap your balance. It’s under “PayPal balance” near the center of the screen.
  • Tap Add Money. It’s the blue button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Tap Add from your bank. If prompted to do so, tap the name of the bank account you want to use to transfer money.
  • Enter the amount and tap Next. A confirmation screen will appear.
  • Tap Add to Your Balance. Your transfer will appear in your PayPal account
